New Towne Builders specializes in new construction home builds, basement finishes, and residential remodels for families in the metro Atlanta area, including Marietta, Kennesaw, and Powder Springs, and has previously built in communities such as The Farm at Brookstone, Stone Mill Creek and Jackson Heights. 

Owner and Georgia-licensed general contractor Jon Vansant has overseen the construction of more than 50 town homes and 125 single-family residences, providing each buyer with the personal, one-on-one attention required to craft their forever dream home. It’s this level of care, attention to detail, and commitment to buyer satisfaction that’s been the foundation of New Towne Builders for over a decade. 

Jon Vansant is a Georgia state-licensed builder and general contractor with over 15 years of experience in residential construction. Jon also holds a 10-hour OSHA certification and is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. 

In addition to crafting high-quality homes in some of metro Atlanta’s most sought-after subdivisions and communities, Jon also applies his skills and experience to residential remodels, basement finishes, and individual single-family custom homes on available lots in the metro Atlanta area.
